Tokyo Chase is the first local guide website made by people who actually live in Japan! Tokyo Chase is a place for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy the local Japanese experience.

What makes Tokyo Chase different? On Tokyo Chase, you won't find recommendations to visit "Tokyo Tower", "Asakusa Shrine", or "Shibuya Crossing". These are already well-documented in many other blogs and lists (see TripAdvisor).

Instead, on Tokyo Chase, you will find local food, events, and shops that even many local Japanese people don't know about yet. You can spend a whole lifetime in Japan and not be able to try everything, so we are here to help you chase the best experiences from all across Japan!

Who are we? Tokyo Chase was created by a multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic tech entrepreneurs, adventure seekers, academics, and frequent travellers, all who have worked for some of the most influential companies in the world. We hope you continue to support our website.
